I am a specialist in antenatal and postnatal training. I understand that exercising during pregnancy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every woman experiences pregnancy differently, which is why each training session is designed to suit your unique needs, fitness level, and adapted to how you are feeling that day.
I will encourage you to listen to your body and adapt exercises as needed based on your symptoms and energy levels. My goal is to keep you moving well, maintaining strength and fitness while prioritising your health. You can even train all the way up to your due date if you feel good!
As part of your training package, I will provide a bespoke home training plan each week. This allows you to continue moving safely and effectively between sessions.
