Laura has been such an amazing coach - I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! So easy to work with and each session has been so enjoyable! I started training once a week around 7 weeks pregnant right through to 37 weeks and have felt a massive improvement in my strength and flexibility (and haven’t had any of the usual aches and pains in the third trimester!) For anyone pregnant this is invaluable! The gym facilities are great and mostly quiet too! 100% recommend.
